My daughter has a horse she barrel races that has started running her down fences and gates and rearing help?

We knew nothing really about this horse we bought a year ago except he is stirrup trained some people that has seen him say he is a Tennessee walker and he's gaited. He used to rear on her when she first started riding him but I put him in a Tom thumb snaffle and he seemed to quit but he started rearing again please help
