I need suggestions frm experienced persons?

Hi,right nw my husband s working in Dubai and im also staying with him in residence visa,nw he has got a new job in Abu-Dhabi as a electrical supervisor in a sheikh private company and his salary is 6000 basic +2000 accomadation=8000 drms monthly salary in abu-dhabi,right nw still my dubai residence visa time is remaining,can i stay in dubai till my husb gets his employment visa and work permit in abu-dhabi new job or i shld go back to india in order to get Abu-Dhabi residence visa?since he is electrical superviser is he eligible to sponser family visa for me(wife),how many months it takes to get Abu-Dhabi residence visa for wife?
