Can someone tell me what settings to use for Boulevard of Broken Dreams by greenday?(Lead/Rythm guitar)?

Okay... So my band is going to play in the talent show a little after summer...And we're gonna play Boulevard of Broken Dreams. I need the settings for the intro. I think it's tremolo? (I have a Peavey Vypyr) So I just need to know what settings to use.... Thanks :)
