How to get guitar to have screech sound effect?

I'm not talking about pinch harmonics, I'm talking about the distorted sound. For example...if you listen to the song "Mario" by the Neskimos (Album name is "Collection"), I want to know what settings on my amp I should put it to have to get the sound that starts at exactly 4:00 into the song. I don't have a great amp (Peavey Transformer 212) but I'm hoping I can get this effect with a Schecter Hellraiser Deluxe. Thank you.
