Why does one of my Peavey PV215's sound better than the other?

I bought a pair of PV215's, Got them hooked up and thought wow these sound good, but i started playing with the balance level, and realized one of the Cabinets low's sound much better, it's a fuller bass, a punchier bass. The low's in general are much better in one of them, I'm using the same 14 guage cable with both, please help
