RAT2 Distortion Pedal turning amp volume down?

I have owned this pedal for 6 months now, and has been working fine, until yesterday. It seems to decrease my amp volume now, even though before, it would increase the volume. I own a Peavey Vyprr Series amp 75 watt, and have another pedal, the MXR Carbon Copy Digital Delay. I dont think the delay pedal is causing problems because when i got it mmy rat was still working correctly. HELP?
