Am I freakin out too much?

ok june 11 i waz with my boyfriend and he waz on top of me but he had boxers and shorts on and i had underweaqr on but i waz rubbing up against him and then i waz on top of him after but he never came but i did and knw my question is could i be preg i waz spottin the 22 thurs and then fri came my per heavy at first but nw second day i stop and light bleeding but tht nt normal for me could my period change in summer i have heavy periods every month and u think it just my nerves jus playing with my mind ! ? will my period come next month wen i pee and wipe ther alot of bllood but nt on the pad jus little but wen i wip it alot ! could it be jus i waz rubbin on hime but again he had shorts and boxers and he never came is it my period and also i still have period pains ! will my period come normal next month plz help me i freakin out
