Ok so, took pills late and now no period? pregnant? or just a messed up cycle?

ive been takin Cerazette pill for 3 months nw n im on my 4th, I hav my period around the 7th to the 9th of march, but I hit half term, got out of my daily rotine, I have been takin the pills, i never missed one but they have been late (6 hours max i think) but this month, no period, i hav had unprotected sex. Can I be pregnant? are the chances high or is my cycle messed up, btw I hav been ill too and been takin a lot of antibiotics tho they wont stop my pill from workin, doc said not. I'm around 7 days late
