Is www.prepaidcellfree.com legit?

i was watching a battlefield bad company 2 review and some guy had 22 thumbs up on his comment on youtube he said hook me up with a thumbs up if you got free microsoft points or ps3 cards and a lot of other stuff and he went on to say if you went to my channel and read how to get them and i went to his channel and this link was their http://www.prepaidcellfree.com/ he said click on this like but register through me so i went and checked it out it sounds a little too good to be true but im not sure what to think right now because i went and they have a twitter them thing and a huge intro but it could still be a scam and the surveys for points could be plots to steal your **** so im torn if this is a good thing to do or not i would like your opinions and your experiences with this site also if you would give me any and ALL info you have on this that would be nice is it a scam is it legit does it give you viruses do they hack you what happens what is it bla bla bla thanks for your time and help
