Im getting destroyed at FIFA11!! any tips plz?

my head 2 head record 2 months ago waz 50vwins and 21 losses....and nw wen i startd playing agn cuz i have hols...its 69 wins and 73 losses!!!wtf?? the opponent penetrates thru my defense so easily...and im missing all my direct shots and 1 on 1s....its really sad for me cuz im the best at dis game in my college and now im getting screwd...can any1 help me out??
