I have been playing electric Guitar for 4 months now?

My first act double cut-away is crap! I have been thinking about getting the peavey predator plus exp w/ tremolo or the B.C Rich Asm standard 1 with tremolo. The pred. is 239$ and the ASM is 199$. Which guitar has better pickups,tremolo and stays in tune etc. ?
