How to reduce the one breast size if it has increased due to licking and pressing of one breast? it has alread?

it has already grown from 34 to 40....nw i cant increase d second one.plz suggest something.....vl it com back to normal as before??????????has it incresed becoz my byfrnd sucked it and pressed it??????
