How do i set my peavey amp to a heavy metal sound?

Okay so I got this 75 watt peavey amp and I want it to sound heavy metal. I have a foot pedal but i want the amp set to heavy metal also. I have 2 gains on my amp, pull bright and post. what do i set those to? What do I set my low to, my mid, my high, and my presence to get heavy metal? the knobs all go to 10. i have a gibson les paul if that helps. thanks.
