Get Rid Of Warts Fast & Easy?

ok so im 16 and i have warts on both of my hands all over my fingers & thumbs i only have two fingers with no warts :/ i'd really like to get rid of them i tried getting cures before but they didnt work for me i also got them cut of by my doctor but they grew back worse :/ i dont know what to do im so embarrassed and whenever people see them they say my hands are disgusting :/ please help me!! i really want them gone ASAP please help :(
